1 Copyright
1.1 The copyright of all images created by Anson Photography including those featured on this website remains with Anson Photography.
1.2 Images may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Anson Photography. A charge may be made for this consent, if given.
1.3 If you choose to purchase images in a digital form (e.g. download, CD, DVD, memory stick) unless otherwise stated, Anson Photography grants you a license to reproduce these images without restriction for personal private use only.
1.4 Anson Photography reserves the right to use any images it creates for publicity, commercial and promotional purposes including use on this website. It will of course exercise discretion and "common sense" where appropriate, particularly with images of a private or sensitive nature e.g. military installations or children's portraits.
2 Session Photography
2.1 In the event of a client being late or "no show" at an appointment, Anson Photography will endeavour to accommodate and re-arrange as far as possible within its existing booking schedule without impacting on other appointments.
2.2 In the event of a client cancelling an appointment where a deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded but may be used as a deposit against a re-booked session.
2.3 Where the client cancels an appointment and expenses have been incurred or other work turned down, Anson Photography reserves the right to invoice the client for these expenses.
